I recently visited Acadia, which I will be posting soon. It was lit with beautiful crimson, auburn, yellows and oranges - one of my best trips this Fall. You can read my other posts on National parks here.
It's amazing to me how each National Park has a different story and place in history. How the Grand Canyon was actually buried under the sea or how Death Valley was the driest place in the world. This year marks the 100 year anniversary for US National parks. It amazes me how these vast areas are maintained and i really want to thank the people who help in maintaining them.
