I see people packing their bags, getting ready to visit family, while I sit alone rekindling all my fond memories from back home. Home is too far, and however much I may enjoy travel, there is a part of me that misses home, especially at these times. But you convince yourself that it’s a choice you made, for the better, and then look around at the beauty that stares at you. You pick up the phone and speak to your loved ones, sometimes they wish just that, to hear your voice and nothing else, and they read your mind without you even saying a word. They know you are happy. You put the phone down, and smile at the kids waving goodbyes. Then you cuddle in your sweater with a cup of hot cocoa just staring at the beautiful colors of Fall. You know you are happy.

I live in the New England area and the most enjoyable part of this is living through the changing seasons. Whether it is spring or fall, I do take out my diary to note down the places I would like to visit. It is unfair to miss the foliage colors, or see them only while you drive back from work. It is time to set foot outdoors and hence, I am sharing my 10 tips to plan a Foliage trip in New England.

AuthorMy name is Lovya. I left home when I was 17, to study and pursue my dream of being an Engineer, which I am now! But my love for travel never parted with me and even as I grow older, I know there are places and adventures in the world which I have to see. It feeds my soul in a unique way. This blog is a means for me to share my travel stories and hear about your experiences. Categories
