Tiptoes!
Mexico is like an ongoing carnival – a vibrant burst of colors, smiling people, happy voices, beautiful locations, great climate and amazing food! Deciding on a list of places to visit turned out to be a nightmare. The “must go” places greatly outweighed the number of days I had and because it was a work trip, the travel outside of Mexico City was limited to just the weekends. With almost 5 weekends at hand, there was a lot I could do.
The weekends were spread around exploring Mexico city, followed by the beautiful San Miguel de Alende, then Celaya, Acapulco, and finally Teotihuacan and Xochimilco. My travel is marked in the map below and I will discuss each one of these places in separate posts. Also, this trip was a couple of years ago so you may notice the difference in the camera used (I did not have a DSLR at that time).

AuthorMy name is Lovya. I left home when I was 17, to study and pursue my dream of being an Engineer, which I am now! But my love for travel never parted with me and even as I grow older, I know there are places and adventures in the world which I have to see. It feeds my soul in a unique way. This blog is a means for me to share my travel stories and hear about your experiences. Categories
